LAHORE:

A joint investigation team (JIT) probing June 17 clashes between the Punjab Police and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) workers in Model Town, has given a clean chit to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, former law minister Rana Sanaullah and former DIG operations. However,

The JIT has fixed blame of the incident, in which 14 PAT workers were killed, on a police superintendent and nine other policemen.
