Peace House, a Tampa based production company, has released a video titled ‘Muslims read hate comments’ to highlight the absurdity that is 'Islamophobia'.

The video shows a group of American Muslims reacting to comments left on Facebook on a news story about a daycare at a mosque that was burnt down in Florida.

The comments, as hateful as they are, invited some hilarious comebacks.

One comment read: “Burn them all down and deport them all.”

“I was born here, where am I going to get deported to, the hospital?” responds a Muslim girl in the video.

“Do they know it’s a building of a daycare, like kids?” says another.

Another comment, by one Bob Shepard, reads: “Let it burn”. Bob, ironically, is wearing a firefighting outfit in his profile picture – much to the delight of the Muslim youth in the video. “This guy is a firefighter, he was probably there!” says one while cracking up.

“Your only job is to stop fires. Thanks Bob,” says another.

“Was it full of muzzies?” reads another comment. The term, derived from the word Muslims, is met with amusement. “What is a muzzie?” reacts one, while others continue to look baffled. “Is it a furry character?”
