Adil | 8 years ago | Reply I challenge Umar Saif to give his "Intelligence System" to impartial party for field testing. I can assure you that it is broken and will not work nor any department will ended up using it. Umar Saif has no expertize nor knowledge in the area of law enforcement. He develops some simple app and the CM, without getting any expert opinion beats his drums every few months. Umar Saif is notorious and unethical by laying claims on development of many systems in the recent past and posted on his PITB website that does not work or was never been tested in the field.I use this forum to challenge him to hand-over his app for evaluation with the law enforcement. Weeks after week he and his tool PITB makes claim and that amounts nothing more than a gutter water stinking up the whole place. What is the motivation of CM...who knows. Express Tribune by remaining impartial must let this comments be published - he is swallowing Tax payers money and for no good.
