Real Estate: 11 plots auctioned for Rs41.57m

The starting price was fixed at Rs2 million per marla

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) auctioned 10 commercial plots and a residential plot for Rs41.57 million on Monday. The highest bid was offered for a corner plot (No797) in G-4 block of Johar Town. The plot measuring one-and-a-half marla (38.4 sq metres) was auctioned for Rs6.25 million at a rate of Rs3.4 million per marla. The starting price was fixed at Rs2 million per marla according to estimates approved by the State Bank of Pakistan evaluators. There were 39 participants in the open auction held at the LDA Community Centre in New Muslim Town.
