Absence: Warrants issued for labour secretary

LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Monday issued bailable warrants for the arrest of the labour secretary over his failure to appear in court in a petition seeking action against a private company over its alleged failure to pay salaries to its employees. The secretary had failed to submit his reply in the petition seeking court directives for the company to release the salaries.
