LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Misri Shah SHO in a petition seeking registration of case against a man for using derogatory language and sending immoral messages on the phone. Petitioner Khalilur Rehman submitted that her mother-in-law was admitted at General Hospital last week. “My sister-in-law was with her at that time.

Arshad Khan, who is a telephone operator at the hospital, obtained her phone number during their stay at the hospital. Khan then started calling her and used derogatory language. He also sent her immoral SMSs,” he said. The petitioner said that he had asked the Misri Shah SHO to register a case against Khan, but he had refused.
