The family of a girl, who was raped by a son of a local landlord in Rahim Yar Khan on Sunday night, staged a protest on Monday. Islamgarh police said the girl’s brother had filed a complaint saying that the landlord’s son and his driver had abducted his sister from their home at around 11pm on Sunday night. He said they took his sister to his dera where they raped her. He said that his sister was kept there for three hours. Hearing her screams, people in the area gathered around the house. He said the landlord’s son and his driver fled the scene. The girl’s family took her to a hospital for treatment.
