North Waziristan: Spina Wam residents prepare to return

BANNU: The political administration of North Waziristan Agency (NWA) on Saturday said that repatriation of the displaced people of Spina Wam tehsil will start from March 31. However, only tribesmen that have registered will go back to their native areas who have been registered and verified by NADRA for repatriation, said a press release issued by NWA political administration. The registration process for the tribesmen of Sashikhel, Shamiri and Mirali areas of Spin Wam ended on March 25 and now their repatriation will start from March 31, it said. Each returning family will be given Rs10,000 via a mobile SIM as transport charges and another 25,000 through an ATM card that will be provided at the repatriation centre.
