
Centuries by Raza Ali Dar and Faisal Khan helped KPT post 425 runs in 83 overs against Candy Land in their fifth round of the Patron’s Trophy Grade II at the Sheikhupura Stadium on Wednesday.
Dar scored 119 off 113 balls with Faisal consuming 124 deliveries to score 114 to help their team take a huge lead in the first innings, while Candy Land were on 21-2 after five overs.
Meanwhile, Sindh Police were batting at 111-6 in response to K-Electric’s 309 and Saudi Cricket had finished the day on 64-2 against Navy. Elsewhere, Medicam were bowled out for a mere 99 by Customs, who were 202-8 at the end of play.
In other matches, Asim Textile had managed 13-0 in reply to Railways’ 344-7, Dollar East were playing at 117-2 against Income Tax, Face Fresh closed the day’s play on 48-4 against HEC, and Khayaban-e-Amin had compiled 246-7 against Service Industries.
