UN report

April 23, 2010

KARACHI: One of the key observations of the UN report on the assassination of Benazir Bhutto is that enough security was not provided to her. However, what about the question that she had been told of security threats to her person and keeping that in mind should she have stood up from the inside of her armoured vehicle? Also, where was the back-up vehicle when the shooting and explosion took place? Why are those who were sitting in it when it went to Liaquat Bagh and who also used it to return to Islamabad not being questioned?
