Bipasha Basu becomes the new face of Olivia Cosmetics Pakistan

KARACHI: Known to be the ‘beauty brand of film stars’, Olivia Cosmetics Pakistan recently introduced their new product with Bipasha Basu as their brand ambassador. The hair-removing cream was launched under the Olivia Beauty World campaign in malls across Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad on February 27 this year, according to a press release.

The product is made up of natural ingredients, which not only smoothen your skin but also give it a fair glow. Samples of the products, gift hampers and free makeovers were given at the launch event. It concluded with a grand lucky draw of cash prizes.

Bipasha, who has reigned over Bollywood, said, “I feel beautiful. Smooth skin is the most important thing for every lady who wants to look good and, with my personal experience, this hair removing cream is very effective and safe.” She added, “I am very glad to be associated with the brand and am positive this product will be a favourite among Pakistani women.”

Olivia, one of the leading beauty brands in the country, offers a wide range of products. Another Bollywood face Nargis Fakhri has been a part of the brand’s earlier campaign. The list also includes famous names of the local entertainment industry, with actor Mehwish Hayat as the current face of one of their campaigns.

Stars, such as Reema, Meera, Sana and Resham have been the face of the brand in the past,” said Amir Maskatiya, Olivia Cosmetics CEO. “We are now working with beautiful Bollywood stars, such as Nargis Fakhri, Aditi Rao Hydari and Shruti Haasan. It is truly the beauty brand of film stars.”
