Planning Ahead: PPP forms committees for LB polls

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has formed committees to select its potential candidates for the forthcoming local bodies (LB) elections and chalk out campaign strategies, Senator Farhatullah Babar said. The committees have been set up after a meeting between PPP co-chairman Asif Zardari and party cadres from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) on Saturday, he said. Initially, the committees have been set up for K-P and central and south Punjab.
