RAWALPINDI: While stressing the importance of leadership, General Raheel Sharif said on Tuesday the tradition of leading from the front would lead to elimination of terrorism in Pakistan. During his visit to the Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul, the chief of army staff (COAS) termed the college a premier institution and the cradle of leadership, said a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations. The COAS advised the young officers to instil in them character, courage and competence. Sharif also visited cadets and asked them to prepare well and to never shy away from difficult situations.
