Dedicated to APS victims: Plantation drive begins
The commissioner called for maximum participation from the public to make the drive a success.

A spring tree plantation drive started across AJK on Monday under the auspices of the Forest Department.
Mirpur Division Commissioner Amjad Pervez inaugurated the drive by planting a sapling in the lawn of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Medical College. Forest officials said at least 15 million saplings would be planted across the region.
The commissioner called for maximum participation from the public to make the drive a success. The reference “Legends Never Die: A Tribute to Three Legends from Larkano”, was organised by the Pakistan Intellectual Forum (PIF) The campaign has been dedicated to the martyred students and teachers of the Army Public School Peshawar. The department has made arrangements to ensure availability of saplings free-of-cost at all government nurseries and sale points.
