Sexual assault case : Bail application of accused rejected

Court rejects bail application.

LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Wednesday rejected a bail application of a man under investigation for raping a teenage girl in South Cantonment police precinct. According to the investigating officer’s report, a medical examination conducted during the investigation had confirmed that he had sexually assaulted the girl. The suspect had denied the charge.
