
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) on Wednesday said that almost 92% of the available space at the Expo Pakistan 2015 has been booked and the long list of exhibitors includes a large number of foreign companies.
The Expo Pakistan 2015 will be held from February 26 to March 1 at the Karachi Expo Centre. So far, 432 exhibitors have booked space in the fair and they come from different sectors including textile, agro-food, engineering and several others.
Apart from domestic marketing, the TDAP has also done international marketing and about 1,300 buyers from 63 countries have already registered themselves for the expo. Of these, the TDAP has decided to provide lodging and other facilities to about 800 buyers.
Additionally, this is also the first time that Indonesia is participating in the exhibition. As an added attraction, foreign brands like Amway Germany, Chinese venture in Hungary and Mr. Tie from Brazil have agreed to participate.
