RAWALPINDI: Punjab IGP and 10 Corps Commander on Monday rewarded five policemen who intercepted a suspected terrorist near Wah Gardens police check post on January 20, leading to the bomber’s death. The officials --- SI Muhammad Ashraf, ASI Babar Hussain, head constable Zafar Iqbal and constables Amjad Khan and Mukhtar Haider --- were given Rs100,000 each at a ceremony at the Regional Police Office.
