Security: Mortar bombs seized

BAHAWALPUR: A sack carrying five mortar bombs was found from near Sadiq Garh Palace on Monday. ASP Mehroz Ali Ghauri told police that it was spotted by some passers by. He said when he was informed, he took a bomb disposal team to the site. He said the explosives were dismantled and the sack was sealed. He said Federal Government Abbas Public School, Army Public School, Army Workshop and office, Government Post Graduate Sadiq Abbas College and the residence of the family of the nawab were located close to Sadiq Garh Palace.
