Fuel shortage: Transport of petrol banned

NOWSHERA: Deputy Commissioner Zakaullah Khattak  has imposed Section 144 prohibiting the transport of petrol out of Nowshera in bottles, or any other container. Like other parts of the country, Nowshera  is also facing a petrol shortage and many pumps have run out of fuel. On Tuesday, residents were  seen waiting in long queues at petrol pumps that had not dried up completely. To avoid complete exhaustion of stocks, DC barred the transport of fuel out of Nowshera. The Section 144 will remain imposed for a month.
