Law and order: Former CJ’s brother robbed

MULTAN:

Rs1 million, gold jewellery and other valuables were stolen in an armed house robbery on Monday.

Police said six robbers broke into the house of Syed Salauddin Jillani, brother of the former chief justice Tassadduq Hussain Jillani, in Officer’s Colony. They held up Jillani and his son and took away valuables. They also stole a security guard’s weapons. They then fled. Kotwali police station registered a case.
