Remembering The Fallen: Christian employees of LGH hold vigil

LAHORE: At an occasion marked annually for Christmas celebrations at the Lahore General Hospital, government officials, representatives, doctors and nurses held a vigil on Saturday to remember the children martyred in the Peshawar massacre on Tuesday. They prayed for the children and the bereaved families and lit candles in their memory. Adviser on Health Salman Rafiq; PGMI Principal Anjum Habib Vohra; Christian lawmakers; office bearers of the Paramedical Staff Association Yousaf Billa, Rehmat Sindhu, Arshad Butt, and Rana Pervez; and several Christian employees of the hospital. Rafique said the Peshawar massacre had brought immense grief to every citizen of Pakistan.
