
Muhammad Boota told police he was taking his friends Muhamamd Ramazan and Iftikhar Ahmad to Chak 199P on a tractor when they were accosted by seven armed men.
He said the men forced them off the tractor at gun point. He said as one of them was climbing of the tractor, his gun went off. He said three of the men were injured. Boota said in the meantime, a car drove by and in their panic, four of them fled. Police said the men died on the way to a hospital.
Kot Sabzal Station House Officer Ghulam Qasim told newsmen a case had been registered on Boota’s complaint and a team had been formed to find and arrest the remaining men.
