Security measures: Section 144 imposed on entry of Afghans

PESHAWAR: The deputy commissioner has imposed Section 144 on the entry of Afghan nationals in sensitive areas of the city. An official handout issued on Friday states violators will be tried under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code. The ban will remain imposed for the next 10 days. The decision has been taken ahead of the Chehlum processions in Peshawar.
