A man and his daughter were critically injured in a gas cylinder explosion on Sunday. Police said Shazia Bibi, daughter of Shams Muhammad, a resident of DPS Colony was making breakfast when the cylinder burst. They said Muhammad and Shazia received multiple injuries and were rushed to Allied Hospital for treatment. Imtiaz Manj, the doctor on duty at Allied Hospital told newsmen that Shams and his daughter were under observation in the intensive care unit.
