KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) issued on Friday contempt notices to Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, State Minister Balighur Rehman, interior secretary, chairman of NADRA and others over issuance of computerised arms licences in alleged violation of the court’s judgment. The bench was hearing a contempt plea filed by Mohammad Ayub and others alleging that the interior ministry was still issuing licences in shape of plastic cards instead of booklet although the high court had declared such scheme as void.
