Raid: Rangers arrest eight 'militants'

They also recovered six weapons including 9mm pistols from the possession of the suspects

KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, arrested eight suspected militants from Manghopir on Saturday morning during a targeted operation.

According to the Rangers spokesperson, all the suspects are associated with different banned outfits that are linked to each other.

They also recovered six weapons including 9mm pistols from the possession of the suspects, he added.

The Sindh Rangers cordoned off the entrance and exits of Afridi Colony located in Manghopir at around 6:30am and launched the search operation in the vicinity.

The operation continued for three hours in which eight alleged militants associated with different militants group were apprehended.
