BAHAWALPUR: Over 200 residents protested against gas and electricity load shedding on Friday. They gathered in Sadiqabad and chanted slogans. They also burnt tyres and they blocked KLP Road for traffic. They said SNGPL officials were ignoring hundreds of complaints against gas load shedding. Separately, Traders’ Association president Abdul Majeed led a protest in Mubarakpur. He said though demand for power had decreased, people were faced 10 to 15 hours of power outages.
