Abbasi had received a complaint that Thebo demanded a bribe of Rs30,000 for providing facilities in the jail and also tortured and beat up a prisoner.
Abbasi has taken notice of this complaint and immediately ordered his suspension.
A notification has also been issued apropos the suspension.
