ISLAMABAD: This is with reference to Prof Rasul Baksh Rais’ article ‘More provinces?’ published on April 19. Creation of more provinces, particularly on ethnic lines, is not the answer. What people want is better administration and governance. They could not be bothered by how many provinces there are or what names they have. Quite ironically, when the British ruled over the subcontinent, they did a good job as far as administration was concerned.
