According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), unprovoked Indian firing killed Din, a resident of Chrikot sector.
Din, son of Sultan, was grazing his goats near LoC when Indian forces opened fire.
The Pakistani forces responded effectively to Indian firing.
Unprovoked Indian firing in recent weeks has claimed 15 lives on this side of the border.
Earlier in October, Pakistan’s permanent representative to United Nations urged the body to play its role in defusing tension on the LoC.

Does the Pakistan government and army care less about it's citizens ? How can they let their citizens be around LoC when its still under active shelling and firing from both sides. Indian government moved it's civilians to safety away from border to protect them from shelling and firing. Is Pakistani army and government letting it's citizens in harms way so they can use their casualty as leverage to gain sympathy and show India as aggressor ? Why are those civilians not guided to stay away from the border and LoC area until cease fire or normalcy returns ? Do Pakistani civilians and media raise these question to the government and military ?

This is sad for both nations. I think both governments should stop this crap and focus on the real work to develop their countries.
