The premier made these comments after addressing participants of "Invest Pakistan" - an international investment conference held in Islamabad.
Speaking to the media, PM Nawaz said Pakistan will continue to progress despite these sit-ins in the federal capital.
'Invest in Pakistan'
In his speech, the prime minister said he has mandated the board of investment (BoI) to facilitate investors in planning and implementing their ventures.
Nawaz added the booming stock markets of Pakistan were vindicating progressive economic initiatives taken by the government.
"We plan to privatise power and its distribution network along with rationalisation of tariff to make investment in the power sector very attractive." Nawaz said.
"Numerous projects are in the pipeline. The production of these projects will soon outstrip demand," Nawaz emphasised.
Further, Nawaz said the government had planned the installation of numerous power generation units to boost energy production.
Nawaz also clarified that the projected GDP growth rate of the country ranged between four and six percent, considerably higher than the growth recorded during previous governments, where it consistently failed to cross the three percent barrier.
The premier welcomed international investors to invest in Pakistan and pointed out the various investment opportunities available in the country.

Allah bless Pakistan. Allah bless Nawaz Sharif.
Imran Khan is an enemy of Pakistan. His every move is against Pakistan.
Forget China, how about you bringing your off shore fortunes to your country?
does he know when he made projection of 4-6% GDP . Moreover - what plans his government has made to upbring the GDP ; support industry and reduce the expenses , poor prime minsiter is relying on foreign debts to run the country - nothing else ; than pay heavy amounts in debt repayments
Nawaz should first bring his own wealth back to Pakistan before begging others to invest in Pakistan. His property in London, Dubai, Malaysia alone, if bring back, can make a big change in the investment sector of Pakistan. Secondly, he, at this occasion and Ishaq Dar (Finance Minister because of blood relations with Sharif family), have long been quoting wrong figures about economic growth. The actual economic growth is less than 3 percent. Stop fooling.
Keeping in view the impeccable record of our politicians no guessing as to why NS is dyeing to get old coal generators, which China is replacing in their own country installed in ours? The equipment is not only hazardous to human health but also per watt electricity is expensive.
Ah, hold on. So PMLN run a Go Zardari Go campaing and its ok. But if anyone else does a go nawaz go movement its immature?
Another excellent piece of gullu logic from gullu PM of gullu league!
It cannot be pushed under the rug by calling itimmature politics. Imran Khan's attitude is nothing short of anti-state.
Just blame your failure on someone or anybody, typical ruling party culture.
At the end of Gen. Musharraf's tenure Steel Mill was working at 86% capacity with billions of funds in reserve. Then in 2008 PPP 'awami hakumat' took over and by the end of their rule in 2013, it was down to less than 5% of its capacity with no money available to pay the salaries.
It is time that you leave your seat and give way for the next who has no conflict of interests.

Hmmm...projected GDP considerably higher than the 3% in the past...did that not include two rules of PMLN? Apparently Pakistan's progress over the next 5 years was based on August 2014 alone!
We don't need businessmen like Nawaz Sharif and his cabinet to run Pakistan. They only create benefits for themselves, loot the country's funds and invest them outside Pakistan.
GoNawazGo.....and the fact that Pak Steel is completely shut after billions being spent to prop it up.......is also Imrans fault ?
Reminds me of Shrek!
Its funny to see the so called rulers talking about bring investments to Pakistan where as they themselves are focused towards building a fortune outside!
Dear PM Stop blaming others for your failure to become mature. What IK is asking is justified if you cannot clam your mandate than you don't have right to hold the PM office.
Now that's a funny pic!
