LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has given orders for investigation to commence into the case of a man who allegedly installed a tracking device in his wife's body to track her movements, Express News reported on Wednesday.
The victim told the court earlier this year that she was raped by her husband and a serving judicial magistrate, Akram Azad, when they came to her house in a drunken stupor in April.
Following separation from her husband, she moved into her own house. However, her husband managed to enter her house with an accomplice and had made her inhale chemical fumes, which led her to fall unconscious.
At regaining consciousness, she found herself in a hospital and with stitches on her stomach. Her suspicions about the tracker arose when her husband would easily be able to track her down.
Justice Kazim Raza Shamsi gave the order for investigation to commence and for a case to be filed against the man. He further added that an FIR should be filed and submitted to the court.

Excuse me, but what kind of "tracking device" can operate without having to have the batteries changed or recharged every now and then? I do hope the honorable court at least had someone check to see if the woman actually has a scar.

So long the wife is treated as an object things like this ( insertin a tracking devce in wife's body) should not be a surprize.
