PESHAWAR: Jaghra Friends club and Tesco Wapda on Saturday qualified for the final showdown in the ongoing Shama Twenty20 Super League Cricket Cup. In the first semi-final match, Jaghra Friends club defeated Gymkhana Stars by a margin of 48 runs. Jaghra Friends club won the toss and batted first, scoring 130 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs. Gymkhana Stars made 82 runs after losing nine wickets in 20 overs. In the second semi-final, played at Gymkhana ground, Tesco Wapda defeated Rose club by 69 runs and cruised to the final. Tesco Wapda won the toss and chose to bat first, setting a target of 177 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Rose club bundled out for 108 runs after playing 17.3 overs. The two clubs will lock horns for the title in the final match.
