Billboards in Karachi

While there's nothing wrong with a party advertising itself, taxpayers would like to know is who is paying for this

Letter October 09, 2014

KARACHI: Karachiites are amazed to see the number and the sizes of the billboards that have mushroomed in the city announcing the public meeting that would be held by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in the city on October 18.

While there is nothing wrong with a political party advertising itself, what all taxpayers would like to know is who is paying the bill for this massive advertising campaign? We all hope that it is from the PPP’s own funds and not from the Sindh government’s.
