Eliminating dengue : CDA to continue drive during Eid

Teams would focus on areas where collective slaughtering of sacrificial animals will be carried out.

ISLAMABAD: The health services directorate of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) will continue its anti-dengue drive during the Eid holidays by carrying out spray and fumigation drives in various areas of the city. Special teams will be deployed in high-risk areas of the city. CDA’s Directorate of Municipal Administration and Enforcement Directorate have also been asked to carry out joint coordinated efforts with the health services directorate during the special drive. Teams would focus on areas where collective slaughtering of sacrificial animals will be carried out.
