Nabbed: Two motorbike thieves arrested

LAHORE:

Ichhra police arrested two men on Sunday on suspicion of stealing motorcycles from various areas of the city.

Ichhra SHO Ishfaq Khan said they had arrested Abid Ali and Manzoor red-handed as they were fleeing after stealing a bike. Police said they had seized a pistol and dozens of keys from the suspects.

“During interrogation, they have confessed to stealing 45 motorcycles from Ichhra, Iqbal Town, Gulhsan-i-Iqbal, Shadara, Lower Mall, Garden Town, Naseerabad and Kahna,” the SHO said. He said the suspects used to sell the stolen motorcycles in other districts.

Operations DIG Dr Haider Ashraf has commended the police team. that arrested the bike thieves.
