ISLAMABAD: The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has invited applications for the post doctoral fellowships. Pakistani and Azad Jammu and Kashmir nationals holding PhD degree in social sciences, business education, arts and humanities, and engineering and technology are eligible to apply. Candidates can download the application forms from the HEC web-site and mail them to the commission by September 30. The applications should be addressed to Ishrat Tabassum Ansari, Project Director (PDFP), Human Resource Development Division, HEC, Sector H-9, Islamabad.
