According to news reports, both were married in Italy in an intimate marriage ceremony with just close friends and family on Saturday.
While the couple wore Tom Ford tuxedos for the nuptials, Elton John performed at the party.
Haris, 41, and Burtka, 39, began dating in early 2004, and became 'parents' in 2010 when a surrogate mother gave birth to their fraternal twins.
