Unfortunate Accident : 16-year-old electrocuted

Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the incident and announced Rs500,000 compensation for her family.

DASKA: A 16-year-old girl died of an electric shock in Mitranwali on Thursday. Police said Sobia Bibi, a teacher at a local school, was going home on a motorcycle with her father from Daska when the motorbike slipped and both off. They said when the girl touched the electricity pole to pull herself up, she received a powerful shock and died on the spot. Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the incident and announced Rs500,000 compensation for her family.
