SARGODHA: Dozens of traders on Friday staged protest demonstration against police for failing to recover a colleague kidnapped last week. Over three dozen traders gathered at the DSP’s office and chanted slogans against Bhakkar police. They said Muhammad Waseem Hassan was abducted at gunpoint last week. They said his kidnappers had demanded Rs1,000,000 for his release. Regional Police Officer Ahmed Ishaq has now ordered the DSP to find the trader and arrest those involved in the kidnapping.
