BAHAWALPUR:

Two men abducted a woman and her four-year-old son and raped her before abandoning her at a shelter 10 days later, police said.

Police have arrested one of the suspects on the complaint of Muhammad Yousaf, an uncle of the woman. Naila*, a resident of Musa Colony, had had an argument with her husband Fateh Muhammad of Yazman a few days ago. She left the house along with her son and was on her way to her father’s house when Dholan Baloch, a resident of Tibba Badr Sher and Fawad Khan of Chak 8BC abducted them. They allegedly raped her for 10 days before dropping her at a women’s shelter and fleeing. Police have arrested Khan and are looking for Baloch. Yousaf said the boy was still missing.
