Higher Education: Entrance tests for engineering schools
The entry test for admission in several institutions across the Punjab will be held on Sunday.

The entry test for admission to engineering and technology programmes in several institutions across the Punjab will be held on Sunday. University of Engineering and Technology (UET) officials said on Friday that tests for admission to BSc engineering and BS technology programmes in several institutions will be held on August 24. The centres for the exam include UET main campus, University of Engineering and Technology Kala Shah Kaku campus, Garrison University main campus, UET Taxila, International Islamic University Islamabad, College of Engineering and Technology, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology, Multan College of Engineering, Islamia University Bahawalpur, Government College of Technology Rahim Yar Khan, NFC Institute of Engineering and Fertiliser Research Faisalabad, University of Gujrat, Government College of Technology Rasulpura and Dr AQ Khan Institute of Technology Mianwali. They said a key for self-assessment would be uploaded on the university’s online portal on the midnight of the August 24. They said the result of the examination will be announced on the midnight of August 31. The results will also be available on the varsity’s website.
