A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) and the UK-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Mumtaz Hotel London, England.
RCCI President Dr Shimail Daud Arain and President UK-Pakistan Chamber Abdul Majeed Shaheen signed the documents.
Arain said that the chamber’s aim is to encourage trade among the European states. According to the MoU both chambers will make frequent visits to each other and the business communities will have direct interaction with B2B meetings also being conducted. Shaheen added that Pakistani products are famous in the EU markets but exporters are lacking presentation.

Any comments on why HSBC does not deal in transactions involving Pakistani Banks - be is LC, CAD, Funds Transfers ??? Is GoP and SBP aware of this ?
