LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from Yakki Gate station house officer on Saturday. The judge was hearing a petition filed by Mansoor Ahmed, a traffic warden, seeking action against Faheem Ameen who had allegedly beaten the warden and had gotten an FIR registered against him. The petitioner said he was on duty at a Ramazan Bazaar when Ameen parked his vehicle on the road causing a traffic jam. The warden said Ameen had beaten him after he requested him to park his vehicle at the roadside. He said later Ameen had gotten a false FIR registered against him.  Ameen had alleged in the FIR that the warden was speaking on a phone during the traffic jam. He said the warden had beaten him after he had urged him to regulate the traffic.
