With 10 minutes in preparation and 12 to 15 minutes in cooking time, this recipe is a quick fix and super easy to make. 85g pasta (use your favourite shape)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp sundried tomato pesto
85g baby plum tomatoes (halved)
50g light mozzarella (cubed)
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
3 to 4 black olives (halved)
4 slices of pepperoni or salami (diced)
Handful of basil leaves
Step 1: Cook the pasta following the guidelines mentioned on the back of the packet. Drain and rinse the pasta properly.
Step 2: Toss the pasta in oil and sundried tomato pesto and season to taste.
Step 3: Place in a jar, plate or plastic box and distribute over the remaining ingredients in layers, ending with the basil leaves.
