KARACHI: The State Bank Museum and Art Gallery, as per its tradition, has organised a special exhibition on Independence Day. The main objective of the exhibition is to spread awareness among the younger generation about the history and struggle after Independence. This year the exhibition is unique since it comprises two sections as compared to the single section in previous years. Both sections are arranged in chronological order starting from 1947 till present day. Section one displays the original newspapers clippings starting from 1947 to date whereas, the second section will portray the same time period through historical photographs of political leaders and major events. The exhibition is open for public.
