Research and Industry: COMSATS to host South Asian moot

ISLAMABAD:

The COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) will host the 6th South Asian International Conference (SAICON) from August 11. This year’s theme of the three-day event is “Ingenuity, Integration and Inspiration: The Survival of the Fittest”.     

The annual CIIT conference is a platform for discussion on business, economy and social sciences where academics and researchers interact with the industry professionals. The SAICON strives to develop a community which encourages the exchange of ideas and facilitates learning.

The forum aims at connecting the world of research with industry through conference congregations at different parts of the world. It encourages researchers to integrate their research with the needs of the organisations and changing trends.

The conference also supports professionals to bring their business ideas to researchers and try collaborating with them and seek answers.
