Bad blood: Father stabbed to death by son

SIALKOT:

A man stabbed his father to death on Friday.

Sialkot police said Majid attacked on his father Muhammad Akbar in village Moman Kalan with a knife and killed him.

He left the body in a field and fled.

Police said they had registered a case against Majid and were investigating.

Separately, the police recovered a body of an unidentified person 45 kilometres from village.

Police have handed over the body of to the family after post mortem.

Another body was found in Dhanay village. Police said a security guard found the body while patrolling a graveyard. Meanwhile, police a man wanted for allegedly killing his sister had been arrested.  Ikram, a resident of Mustafaabad, had killed his sister on Thursday. Police said he had suspected that she was seeing a man and had killed her for honour.
