The Oscar-nominated actor is the owner of an exclusive bachelor pad, for which he is reported to have paid a jaw-dropping amount of £3.1 million for. Comprising six bedrooms, DiCaprio’s home epitomises his luxurious living and makes for an ideal party house for the celebrity.



Zac Efron
High-school sweetheart Zac Efron enjoyed spending time in his Hollywood party pad, which he sold for a whopping $2.775 million in June 2014. The bachelor’s home portrayed a simple chic exterior with walls of glass, two bedrooms and bathrooms inside. Its elaborate decor and spaced-out structure make it the perfect place for the happening life of a bachelor.



Sandra Bullock
Forbes’ highest-paid actor of 2014 has put her lavish bachelorette home in Austin, Texas on sale, for what sources say is a, “comparatively modest price of $2.5 million.” Bullock’s house has three bedroom and bathrooms and a spectacular backyard with amenities such as a pool and multiple walk-in closets. The house’s location and the unique view of Austin from there make it a comfortable and desirable celebrity home.
