Motive unknown: Watchman injured in shooting

The wounded watchman was rushed to Jamrud Civil Hospital

JAMRUD: A watchman at the Agency Education Colony in Jamrud, Khyber Agency was injured on Sunday when unidentified people opened fire on him. According to Irshad Mohmand, an official of the Jamrud political administration, the victim, identified as Gul Nabi, was on duty in the colony when two men on a motorbike approached him and opened fire. Nabi was severely injured and the motorcyclists sped off. The wounded watchman was rushed to Jamrud Civil Hospital, however, doctors referred him to Hayatabad Medical Complex in Peshawar.
